What does the sample number on the PRESYNCT garments mean? The sample number represents the batch that the item of clothing belongs to i.e. if the item of clothing has a sample number of IV then it belongs to the 4th batch of that given item of clothing.

What is THE ICONS COLLECTION and how does it work? The icons collection is a collection of pieces made to commemorate iconic moments/monuments in a history. The collection is broken up into different acts with each act having a different release date/period. 

How do I keep up to date on new PRESYNCT drops? The easiest way to keep up to date on new PRESYNCT releases is through the newsletter (which you can sign up for on the password page (if the sight is closed) or through the Newsletter Page. We will also update you on our new drops through our major social media pages that being Instagram and Tiktok.

How do I cancel my order? In order to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible (within 12 hours of the initial order time) and we will be sure to issue you a full refund.

I chose the wrong size am I able to change sizes? Size guides are available when buying the item so please ensure that you use them to make sure that you get the sizing correct. There are also model references that you can use to try and match yourself against. In the case that you do get the sizing wrong and notice before the item(s) arrive please contact us and we will try our hardest to change the size.
